Project: Kew Extension
Our clients Mr and Mrs Stengel were looking for a well managed, established construction company to build a rear extension to the existing property in Kew Gardens.
The idea was to open up the space into the extension with an open plan kitchen & breakfast bar. Installing the skylights with a remote controlled open/close feature for the fresh summer breeze, keeping in view for an underfloor heating for the complete ground floor for the cold winters. The low maintenance fibreglass roof in the extension created a high ceiling level incorporating one fixed roof light and 1 opener.
The project was completed to a precise finish in just under 3 and a half months, including the rear patio and the landscaping to enhance the beauty of this extension.
