Project: Canterbury Road
Empire Design and Construction was contacted by Mr Parvinder and Mr Vishang for their development project: Conversion of an absolute run down 3 bed semi detached house to 2 Flats with a single storey rear extension and loft conversion to extend the area of the flats, demolishing the existing rear ground level wall extending to create an open plan living/diner area.
Partitioning the rear gardens to provide 2 set of garden areas for each flat.
The project was estimated to be delivered in 6 months time, however to our client's surprise and satisfaction this development project was handed over towards the end of 4th month from the start, completing with a high end finish and ready to be put back on the market as 2 separate flats.
