Project: Constant Springs
Our clients Mr and Mrs Shergill got in touch with us as referred by our past client to build their very contemporary new build home, covering a 5000 sq feet area to be done under LABC.
The project was tendered in various stages due to the size and detailed works.
The build started in January 2016. Building precise and efficiently to the plans, with excellent workmanship to our client's satisfaction we were given the opportunity to take the project to completion.
This very contemporary build comes with a roof span of almost 300 sqm. Having a detailed discussion with our expert team and after several meetings, it was finally decided to go with GRP fibre glass roof with an excellent idea to have the gutters within the roof specification than regular external guttering, which was well appreciated.
